Question MEG-Z390-GODLIKE - GPU question

Hi Guys,

I'm looking to get a new Ryzen based system that will support 4 x GPU. I mostly focus on 3D rendering with 4 x 2070 RTX. Can it truly support the full performance potential of each card? or is there some type of down throttling over the 4 lanes.

Motherboard will be fine, but why 2070 RTX ? Quadro cards will perform a lot better and you wont need 4.

There is no Z390 that is going to be able to allocate 8x lanes per GPU...

Trying to run 4x GPUs for rendering, you are more likely to be looking at HEDT series of X299 and X399 chipsets, and the latter is more likely, as the former is PCI-e lane limited below a 7900X processor...

Price vs performance vs VRAM, Quadro is very expensive for what it does and waht you get out of it depending on the render engine.
