I melted my 6 pin connectors to my power supply and graphics card, I noticed a burning smell and saw a little melted silver substance leaked on my graphics card motherboard, can this cause my pc to degrade the performance to 10fps and how can I know it isn't my graphics card that's damaged and not just that I need a new pin cable ( as they are melted , thanks )

Ok I'll not do that then

Good, you have a genuinely frightening situation inside your PC. A PSU is not something you run half falling apart or you buy the cheapest thing possible or a thing that you can just patch together. This is the most important component in a PC and it has to be both chosen and maintained with more care than is in evidence here.
