[SOLVED] MemOk lights

So when I start my pc, the power led is always yellow, when pc is not on it’s yellow as well, like the rgb lights that still running even when pc is off for the effect. Is it normal?

But then also when I start up the pc the bottom led, memory one I guess, turns white, then yellow, then disappears is it normal? Rather, it’s first orange, then yellow then white then not showing anymore


Additionally pc does one very short beep on start up but this has been for the past 4 years since I bought it. Plus I switched to ssd from hdd yesterday and I noticed that beep delayed a bit
