Memory card contents not detected in phone

hi,
I saved music f n video files to my memory card and I can see the files on my computer but when I put the card in my NOKIA C-5 phone, the files are not there?
wat cud be reason n can u plz help?

You will need to format the memory card in your phone before adding files to it.

hey thnks .. audio files r detected n its playable but video files r detected but cud not b played..
wat is d usually supported file format 4 video files????

NO NEED TO FORMAT MEMORY CARD, INSTALL CARD RECOVER SOFTWARE, FIRST RECOVER ALL DATA THEN FORMET, OR AFTER FORMET CARD U CAN ALSO USE THAT SOFTWARE
