Memory clock stuck at 405 mhz

Hello guys

I have overclocked my gtx 1050 ti msi gaming x
I have done everything reinstall the drivers,used ddu,reinstalled windows all over again

Can someone help me pls

If you have done all those things, and the memory clock is still stuck, then I'd suggest you contact the manufacturer for support and begin the RMA process.
