Hey everyone,

I am going to build Ryzen 7 3700x build next week. I am gonna have it in MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX motherboard, along with EVGA SC GAMING GTX 1060 6GB, 2 HDDs, 1 NVMe SSD and obviously a PSU and Case.
I stumbled upon the fact that Ryzen greatly benefits from fast memory.
I am choosing between these 2 (they fit my budget perfectly):
G.SKILL 16 GB KIT DDR4 3600 MHz CL19 RipjawsV
HyperX 16GB KIT DDR4 3200 MHz CL15 FURY series
they cost the same - but is it worth getting +400 Mhz in freqency, and also getting +4 CAS latency? They cost exactly the same amount on the site I am going to order from.

Increased speed is a positive but the increased CL is a negative. Generally the gains for the value above 3200 are minimal.
At those speeds, the sweet spot for value is usually around the 3200 CL15 range. So I'd opt for the 3200. You'll likely find the 3600 will either perform the same or some would argue slightly worse due to the much worse CL.
