I discovered after completing my build with 3200MHz Memory that my Motherboard only supports 3200MHz as OC. This caused my RAM to initially run only at 2667MHz, since that was the maximum supported value without an Overclock.
A couple of Youtube clips later I realized its the simplest fix on earth. You just enable X.M.P. in the Bios (literally just enable, not changing any numbers), save and exit and it overclocks the Memory Bus on the motherboard, allowing your RAM to run at full 3200MHz.
