[SOLVED] Memory issues that weren't occurring before

I have 16 gb of physically installed memory, but recently when I try to run multiple games or apps at the same time I seem to run out of memory and they crash.
My pc has been perfectly capable of running it before, so I'm confused what changed.

(my task manager, I dont see how I'm using 61% memory when I'm basically running nothing) (The game is just the launcher btw)

These are my SSDs, I have at least 100gb free space on each so I'm confused.

I see you have 17 instances of Chrome running. Chrome is a notorious memory hog. Quit running Chrome and check it again.

If he has been able to run these tabs before without this much usage it's not the browsers it is who has access through it
