memory leak when having photoshop up!

hey all i have 16gb of ram and when i openm photoshop my computer lags and my task manager tells me that 97% of my ram is been used and then when i close photoshop the usage stays the same can not updating computer drivers could be the course of this???

I doubt it. In Task manager, Performance, how is your RAM divvied up? In Resource Manager?

its fine untill i open photoshop or sonyvegas do you recommend i get exchange my ram sticks with a different brand ? will that fix the problem?

Maybe only 8gb works.

i had to uninstall Photoshop and refresh my computer in order to fix the leak thing but i can't use photoshop or sonyvegas 🙁

It shows LoL taking up 470MB which seems a lot
