Memory management error

I use a dell inspiron 5559, suddenly my laptop popped the blue screen and restarted but showed the same thing again and again and in the screen it showed memory management. so i did a clean setup in my ssd by connecting it with another laptop but it showed the same blue screen again and restarted and on the blue screen the memory management error was there. I can't start in safe mode either, it just keeps on showing the same thing and restarting. What should i do?

Start by replacing RAM, without it running it's difficult to troubleshoot.
