I am sending back 2 sticks of Crucial Ballstix Tracer DDR2 1066 because the heat sinks are crap and not touching the chips. I need to know because I cranked my Voltage up a little,, if I just turn on my pc with it set to the default voltages I should be ok right? Please help me with this. Thank you every body.

Should be okay, but I've got some more Ballistix today with the same issue, and I'm not confident about using it. If it dies you can always RMA it though and their service is good so I wouldn't worry too much :)

Well my pc performs better with two sticks any way. The other two stick are perfect no flaws. I can then take the money and buy an E6750 and crank that bit@#. :) I have an E4400 @ 9x 365 = 3.285Ghz. I want 7x 530 = 3.71Ghz :). The fsb gives humungus boost. Thank you for the response by the way.
