Does anyone know what Asus recommends for memory timings on the P5B Deluxe?

Does anyone know what Asus recommends for memory timings on the P5B Deluxe?

Memory timings are not specified by the MB manufacturer. Mem timings will be provided by the Memory producer and you can find this info on the memory product package, SPD info. Your Mb will support almost any timings as long as your memory can cope with it.

I found a review on the P5B Deluxe and it states:
"Supports four unbuffered DIMM of 1.8 Volt DDR2 SDRAM"
So now do I look for memory with 1.8 volts or will memory with 2.1 volts work just as fine as long as I lower the voltage on them? Will they perform less efficiently at the lower voltage?
