Memory

I am having trouble getting online. I am running road
runner and they told me i need to free up memory and they
can't help me. I called Microsoft and they want over
$200.00 to tell me how to do that. I can't afford that.
Can someone pleas help me.

You can use Task Manager and or Performance Monitor to see what process is
consuming the cpu/mem
