can you use 2 different size of memory in an AK31 memory slots....128mg
PC2100 in one and 256mg PC2100 in other of the same brand?

Yes, should be a problem. But notice that sometimes a motherboard just
don't like some modules.... KT266/KT266A-boards was often a bit picky
on modules...
