Hi,

I've been facing issues with memory corruption, specially playing games. I found that MemTest was failiing even with JEDEC, currently the errors are failing with setting 6000 MHz EXPO1, because JEDEC doesn't fail often.

MemTest86+ version: 7.20
Memtest86 version: 11.2

Memory: KF560C30BBEK2-32
Motherboard: MSI B650M Gaming Plus Wifi
CPU: Ryzen 7 7700

Is the test MemTest86+ trustable?
Or should I just try to format Windows for a try (it's going to be my fourth time 😢)?

Thank you all!

update BIOS of motherboard
if memtest is failing, it´s a ram or CPU or compatibility problem
fresh install of windows won´t change that
Thanks for the input!

I updated the BIOS to the latest, it's actually a beta version with memory compatibility optimizations, but unfortunately it didn't work.

Do you suggest any software that I could use to identify if it's a CPU or motherboard problem?

I tried single slots, JEDEC, 6000 MHz, and all fails. I tried using another ram module as well (the same kit KF560C30BBEK2-32) but it fails.

The problem is that the errors doesn't occur always, it becomes more difficult to test.

try a different kit, eventually using the compatibility list on the support homepage of the motherboard

did you reset the BIOS by jumper after updating the BIOS?
I haven't tried using the jump, but I updated using M-Flash, and loaded default values. I can try.

This kit KF560C30BBEK2-32 is on the QVL of the motherboard, I don't have another kit to test but I can send to an assistance store so they can try.

If we find a compatibility problem between this kit and the motherboard, does sending a report to MSI they fix the issue maybe?
