[SOLVED] Memtest86 help

I'm getting err-bits while using 2x2 gb DDR2 ram of same speed in the memtest86+5.01 however there's no error while checking for error one by one. I've screen shot attached for reference.https://ibb.co/PF7PF7DbMK

I'm facing screen freeze after installing mx linux, ubuntu, manjaro.

Kindly help me resolve this issue.

Are you using them in dual channel mode? Were they purchased as a matched pair? Which motherboard and CPU is involved.

It would appear that your two ram sticks are not matched, and that can cause problems.
Buy a matched kit.

If each one works fine on its own, the ram is good. I would try the same test one at a time on the other socket. If they both fail, then it confirms a bad socket.

ddr2 is much more forgiving on running dual channel so you don't need a matched set--that's more for ddr4.
