I ran Memtest86 in the past and it worked, but now it's not working anymore. I try booting it up, but it gets ignored and proceeds to Windows. I looked on this forum and didn't find the answer. There was just someone saying he's PC was older and people said that he needed to put his BIOS on UEFI mode. Idk what that means, but I did check and my BIOS is on UEFI mode.
I have a Gigabyte Z690 AORUS ELITE (rev. 1.0) with the latest BIOS update. I did find 2 weird af things when I was checking the BIOS. It said my main boot device was a Corsair SSD SATA, but there's no Windows on that SSD. My Windows is on a Kingston SSD NVME M2. And I have Windows 11 PRO, but on the BIOS it's written Windows 10.
Anyway, how do I boot this? I need to check if my new memory stick is fine before I activate the XMP so I know for certain that if something goes wrong, it was the XMP's fault instead of a manufacturer problem.
