I'm very very dissappointed with the glowing review of Tom's Hardware for this game. Tom's is usally about objective reviews... this game in the US and UK PC versions has SOOO many bugs that many of the people who bought it are in uproar. This game is beautiful and awesome and all that is good and great, but the whole install package is CRAP. I've never been able to get it running on my system and there seems to be absolutely no support for the hundreds of people out there who've bought the game and can't even get it to install properly. The developement team has done absolutely nothing to address the issues found by the user community and there are over 1000 posts on the Vivendi Unversal community boards about the problems. The major problems were immediate and they've released 1.2 and 1.3 patches which did not address the issues at all. DO NOT BUY THIS GAME~! Buy it for XBOX/other console but DO NOT BUY IT FOR PC!!! 2015 needs to know they screwed up. And they are playing like it's business as usual. Very disgraceful. Tom's should be mentioning the plight of the players. It's a complete and utter RIP OFF!

I run a AMD 2400+ on an ASUS A7V333 mobo(latest bios ver), gig of ram, ATI 9700 128MB(Powercolor), Creative SB Audigy 2 OEM.
At the time I was running ATI 4.10 and 4.11 drivers, haven't tried with 4.12(garbage drivers) and now running Omega Drivers for ATI. SB Audigy drivers are the latest ver, but the game doesn't support Creative stuff at all it seems and prolly works 75% for people with onboard audio, but I've seen posts from people who have onboard sound and have problems.

Yeah that game REALLY blows for pc. HAs a lot of buggy issues and you cant even jump!

Only issue i have with the game is the excessive difficulty on easy mode(i dont even want to try hard mode if easy mode is so damn difficult) and the lack of being able to quick save. It is very discouraging to have to do missions over and over again.

i think theres a hack out there that will allow you to quicksave.

thats what turned me off to kill:switch for the xbox, you had to do so much just to get to a save point.
