Messare on phone line

I am using a Conexant HCF V90 56RK RTAD Speakerphone
modem on COM3 which came with my Dell computer.
Is there a way to place a message on the modem so that
callers will be told the phone line is dedicated to the
computer and for faxes?
A person or persons is calling my phone line which is so
dedicated with no success.

Sure. Download "PhoneTray Free 1.13", from
http://phonetray.traysoft.com/ , and record your own
"zap" message to use with it.
