I recently was trying to install a program that required
me to forward my NAT
ports and also required me to keep a Static IP Address.
Once I did this I was
unable to use MSN messanger. I tried changing it all back
to normal but it
still did not work.
Please help me in any way possible.

Just a thought; try going to system restore, and restore system to a date
back prior to when you made the changes. I assume you are using Windows XP.
