Question Metro Exodus Performance Fix

I've gained 20 fps from the following fix with Metro Exodus (PC version). After launching the game, launch the task manager, and right click on the Metro Exodus process. Select "go to details". Once there, right click again on the process, and set priority to "high". This also solved some crashes I was having. Does anyone know of other solutions to the very poor performance caused by Nvidia's deceitful practices, and 4A Games resultant poor optimization of the game?

Sorry, it wasn't a question at first. But I've now modified the post to make it so.

Make sure other things aren't running and taking resorces away from what your doing.
