MHW on PC not enough FPS?

So long story short, i have an A10 7860K paired with a Palit Gtx 1050ti and a couple of DDR3 4GB 1866 ram. I recently bought MHW on pc because I thought that my build could handle even the lowest settings because the minimum requirements is an FX 6300 which is not that far from what I have. I played the game on very low settings, really tweaked everything but I am still getting 16-25 fps only when engaged in combat? The fps drops are really big. I saw a youtube gameplay on 1080p low settings and we have the same build except he uses an A10-7800 but he gets a decent 30fps even on combat. It really sucks because i can't even enjoy the game. Any tips on how i can improve the performance without overclocking the cpu?

PS I also see a dark area on the side of my monitor whenever I start up the game. Its like the game is not taking the whole screen even when I set it to full screen.

Try to reinstall your drivers.

I already did that but sadly I still experience the same low fps

What is your monitor brand and model

and what resolution is your desktop set to and what resolution is the game currently set to.

Also open Nvidia control panel and make sure that there aren't conflicting settings with your resolution.

I have an AOC E970Sw and I try to play the game at 1080p because the minimum requirements said that it could play the game at 30fps low settings. My current monitor settings are 1366 x 768

Try to put the game in the same resolution as your monitor and see how it performs.

I did but it still not working. Actually performed worse than before. Now i experience 22 fps even when not in combat

UPDATE: I found a fix to my problem. Apparently other people experience this problem and it is caused by the new driver that Nvidia launched for the game. I went back to the old driver and now I have 35-40 fps on low settings at 1080p. Thanks for the help guys!
