Question Mic enhancing software

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a free easy to use software to enhance my mic and make it sound professional, you know noise cancelling, bass boost, trigger level etc, I tried voicemeeter but it seems to be way more advanced than what I'm looking for, also tried steelseries sonar and it was perfect and GUI was awesome! but it requires login, I hate software with accounts to work.

but you'd need to also factor in that if your mic isn't good in quality, it doesn't matter how much you tinker with it, the input from your mic will always be subpar.
