[SOLVED] Mic not working

I am really fed up with my system.
I am working on it from past 6 hours
I just did Windows 7 64 bit
motherboard -msi G41
Installed Gtx 650 drivers
Skype microphone won't work
also installed realtek
Help ?

Make sure you're on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard. Did you source the latest drivers for your motherboard found off of MSI's product support page?

The problem was due to WiFi dongle signals interruption, no need of your responses.
I solved it
