Mic picks up sounds from headphones

Hello guys .So recently, I have noticed that almost every sound I hear all my friends do too because of my mic(either playing games or listening to youtube).

I am currently using a Hyperx CloudStinger headset with Realtek audio drivers at Windows 10.
I use the front 3.5 mm jack panel for my headset and the rear panel for my speakers. Also, for some reason speakers and headphones are shown as one option.

Most people have this way too high because they don't understand how microphones work.

What do you exactly mean turn down sensitivity?
Should I go to mic properties at levels and turn it down?
