- 1TB HDD & 250 GB SSD

- Compact/Mini Cabinet (Cooler Master/Corsair/Lian Li/NZXT/Phanteks/InWin)

- 24" Monitor

- CD/DVD Writer

Budget 50K INR ($700)

Thanks!

CPU- i5 11400 (17k)- 17k in offline markets that is.
Ram- XPG Adata 3200 Mhz 8GB Ram (2.9k)
PSU- Gigabyte GP-P550B (3k). Btw, if you don't plan on buying a GPU in the future, you could go for the 450W variant of this PSU. This one's 550W and can take up to an RTX 3060.
Motherboard- MSI H510 A PRO (5.6k)
HDD- Seagate Barracuda 1TB (3.1k)
SSD- Crucial BX500 240GB (2.4k)
Case- Deepcool Matrexx 40 3Fs (3.6k)
Monitor- LG 24MP400 (12k)
CD/DVD Writer- HP External DVD-RW Drive- 2k
The overall cost of this PC is Rs. 51600, but you might have more luck getting the parts for cheaper prices in any computer market, like the Nehru market.

Also, it is a bit tough to fit in a good case in your budget. You could go for the Corsair 110R (4.1k), but it comes with only 1 chassis fan. The Deepcool Matrexx 40 comes with 3 fans, providing better thermals and maybe better aesthetics but that's only to me. You could also cut back on your monitor budget a bit and go with the Acer Nitro 22 inch 75hz monitor QG221Q (10.2k)
