Question Micro stutters!

I recently bought an rx6600, and I have micro stutters in certain games, do you know a fix, besides upgrading anything in my pc?

What are the games you are talking about?

I have 9700K and if I don't close all programs especially browsers (1 or 2 tab not that much, but many tabs are source of problem), I do have micro stutters with demanding games (BF V, BF 2042, Chivalry 2, even Apex Legends to some extend)

Closing all other programs should reduce micro stuttering.
