Question Microphone has stopped working ?

Hi, I recently got back from a vacation and I noticed my microphone on the cable of my Bose QC 35 II has stopped working entirely. I've tried every single USB port on my computer, reinstalling USB drivers in Device Manager, reinstalling graphics drivers, buying a new USB adapter, plugging the adapter into the motherboard, plugging the jack into the motherboard, and even flashed the BIOS (to fix a ram problem, mainly) and still nothing.

Any ideas?

Once you flashed the BIOS to the latest, did you clear the CMOS on the motherboard? Also, have you tried manually reinstalling the chipset drivers for your platform in an elevated command, i.e, right click installer>Run as Administrator?

Clearing the CMOS did the trick, thanks!
