Question Microphone

I have a dell Inspiron 5559, I try connecting my Samsung earbuds but when I play a game or try to speak in discord it always uses laptop microphone for some reason and my earbud microphone doesnt work at all. It works fine on mobile phone. I tried reinstall audio drivers still no luck. It would be nice if someone could help me over through discord screen share if possible.

What is the model to your earbuds? If your earbuds are wireless, then your audio drivers have nothing to do with it. You should be focusing on your Bluetooth(I'm assuming how it's tethered to your laptop)'s drivers.

Samsung Earbuds 2 is the model. Bluetooth drivers are up to date
