Nokia's flagship WP8 920 phone is already going for $50~99, depending on the carriers. While the year old Galaxy S3 still goes for $200 easy.

Why buy a WP8 for again...?

[citation][nom]headscratcher[/nom]You can get the atom based tablets with Win8 Pro in that neighborhood, but start putting in Core i5, more RAM, etc. and you are pushing close to $1000 or more.[/citation]Well as far as graphics performance goes, things might start looking up for x86 tablets/hybrids once Kabini and Temash hit the market. If nothing more, they will force Intel to sell upcoming parts with improved graphics at somewhat reasonable prices - and not just Atom, this time.

The SGS3 and the Ativ S are basically the same hardware but the Ativ S has WP8, I have directly compared them next to each other and I actually prefer the Ativ S

I wanted to get WP8, but couldn't bring myself to buy Nokia

I had a Motorola Razr Hd as my daily phone that i really liked.Recently picked up an Nokia 920 off kijiji for cheap and have switched over.Android is nice to play with because of all the things you can meddle with but windows phone is very fluid, only thing i miss is the battery life of the Motorola.
