Microsoft quickbasic run windows7

I am running a Quickbasic program through a shortcut on the desktop, which calls quickbasic and the program is on the screen. I then run the file by clicking on Run.

I used to be able to put RUN in the command line in the shortcut to run the program immediately but since I have just formatted the hard drive I cannot remember how to do this.

My second problem is to enter my input at the beginning - I use to do this by typing a ? at the end of the command line, which asked me for say 120224 which I could use in the program with %1.

Right click the shortcut, properties, see what it is executing
