So how does the TV service work, stream from on-line providers or does it allow you to bring signal in from a cable/sat stb? Whats the chances of an internal power supply or at least a small external one??? Oh, and true mouse/kb support in games?
Have a feeling the answers wont be what I (we?) really want which leads me to think I'll stick with PC gaming....

They seem to be focusing more on media stuff and less on games. I don't use a quarter of the media crap on my xbox. That I use my trusty pc for.

Doesn't anyone find the name Xbox One confusing? Three is a better marketing material as well. Or better yet Eight.
Also hardware looks like its true to the rumors.

Seems to be getting a rather poor initial reaction from gamers. Personally I'm going g for a PS4 for its better hardware. Sony also spent the last generation building up their first party studios and a good portfolio of exclusives. For once, MS looks to be starting with a pretty significant disadvantage.

I like Xbox Infinity as a name for this over Xbox One. Hell even Xbox 720 would have been better. MS Sucks at naming things. "Windows Phone 7 / 8" are dumb names too. Many more bad names come to mind in the microsoft field.

Okay, if you have a PC that can do better, so be it. But if it's not an HTPC then please understand that people like watching movies, and if they do, then it doesn't have to be on their computer fitted with a crappyh TFT 23" monitor

I dont know why people are complaining about MS not making this for games.Ofc they made it for gaming... but do they really need to tell you that? Why make a big show, to tell us what wee allready know?
For me, its Xbox One, not PS4! And dont tell me the PS4 is stronger, becouse no one knows that! The 3 operating systems wont pull it down. MS have truely masterd this. I'll bet that it does not pull that much more on your system, that a mobile OS.

Hmmm... I actually liked the appearance. It does look like something that can sit nicely beside your normal blu--ray player and av-amplifier. Nice indeed! Some good games allso coming but that was expected. The main thing is how well this will compare to PS4. A little bit less GPU power, but new Kinetic seems to be really good compared to previous version. Because of it Xbox one may be more expensive than PS4 and still be s little bit slover. But it allso means that all new games can support kinetic because it is basic feature.
Wainting for side to side comparison with PS4!
