Late to the show but competition is always good.

The only laptop I would consider for just internet browsing and email + the google ecosystem would be whatever is cheapest at a reasonable QC. If I am going to spend any more on a laptop my only consideration would be a Framework laptop as I support what they are doing and its a pretty fantastic laptop for the price.
