2.4GB full install for me, I've seen clean fully patched XP installs bigger then that, yet this has all the features and advancements of Windows 7, I like it.

There is so much technical and business ignorance being thrown around this site in general, and this thread in particular, it makes me sad to even come read it.
 
Just as long as they disable all that automatic background stuff, I'm happy.
No need to run one million services for just checking online mails, or playing a game!

Services should automatically be disabled, unless called upon!

Windows memory footprint should be less than 300MB!

And should be compatible with ARM and x86/x64.

(and run DOS, Win9x, and WINXP/Vista/7 applications and games).
