Question Mid range build for ryzen 5 7600x?

Hello! This winter im planing to buy a am5 based pc. Im sure that i want the ryzen 5 7600x, and 32 gb of ddr5 ram. Now i dont play very demanding games, the hardest to run game i play is rdr2. Mainly i want this pc for cs2. I want it to push 240 fps. Any gpu recommendations? I was thinking of these: rtx 3060 12gb , 4060 8gb, rx 6650xt 8 gb, rx 7600 xt 16 gb. I need this pc for 1080p gaming, so i for 90% of games a faster 8 gb vram gpu is worth it more? For example the 4060( i know people dont like this gpu) over the 12 gb 3060. The ryzen 7600x will be enough for 240fps in cs2, but i want a good gpu to pair it with. I really dont want the rtx 3070/ 4070 since they are a different price level. Thanks in advance!

Thanks, but what is the problem with the 7600x? And there is no reason for using ali express if i have local pc shops where i can get my parts in 2-3 days.
