Whenever I played videogames like League of Legends and CSGO I notice sometimes some microfreezes. It is quite annoying, if anyone

specs:
cpu: i7-8700k
gpu: gtx 1070 ti
power supply: EVGA-650w
ram: corsair 2666hz 32gb
ssd: WD 500GB (system disk)
hdd: some WD 1TB

What is the model of your monitor? Microstutters can occur for a number of reasons. Often mostly related to GPU(s).

So are you getting FPS drops in game. Like from 200 down to 120 (for CSGO lets say)? And then it goes back up?

Monitor your game play using MSI afterburner OSD. Set it up to show you CPU Speed/usage and GPU speed/usage and system ram. You can monitor the results on the fly as you game. Look out for anything that hits 100% usage. This will be an indicator.

You could also run HWMon and take a screenshot of it when your system is idling. Then another whilst you're gaming (alt-tab out of the game, and take the screenshot of HWMon) and post it here too. Then we can get a good look at what's going on.
