That does not follow. This isn't a case of looks or similarly configured devices, like iPad and the Samsung Galaxy Tab EU injunction. This is a case of the official title of the merchandise by the company confusing consumers because it has a part of the name in it.
This is like how the Avatar movie had to have it's name changed to 'The Last Airbender' because James Cameron got there first with the 'Avatar' name. I can't tell you how many people were talking to each other with long conversations before either realized they were talking about the other movie...
