Minecraft Lag Issue

Whenever I'm playing Minecraft I get an average of 150 fps but whenever there is particles in my viewing range it drops to like 70 sometimes 40. Aswell as that when I am flying and chunks are loading my fps goes down dramatically. Is there anyway I can reduce this?

It isnt lag it is called fps drop. It is normal as the game is loading in new chunks and it will happen. All you can do is upgrade your pc or lower your settings.

Even with the lowest settings my FPS is high but is always flucturating and massive fps drops
