Question Minecraft Server is not lagging and players can't join.

Hello,
I wanted to create Minecraft Hamachi server, but players cant play on the server.
Players can join the server, but they stand in one place and try to generate chunks.
On his monitor, he just sees blue sky and sometimes mobs.
I followed this guide:

Server TPS is 20 and free memory is 1.6 GB.
When i reduced render distance to 1, player could walk, but he still timed out.
I told my friend to check his ping on the server in CMD, and it was around 50 ms.
My brother also tried joining but got the same result. His PC is connected to the same router.
I tried disabling firewall and configuring hamachi but it didn't make any difference.
Please help me!

Go back a step.

Take a closer look at what is needed to and what you did to create the Minecraft Hamachi server.

What documentation did you use or follow?

Who manages the hosting network's router?

Use the ping command to test the network connectivity. Make sure it's fast
