[SOLVED] Minecraft server specs, are they ok for my needs?

I'm looking to host an smp server with 5-10 datapacks and plugins with 40 player slots running on spigot 1.14.4 on these specs

● Xeon E5-1630v3 @ 3.7Ghz
● DDR4 ECC Memory
● 12GB RAM
● 250Mbps Uplink

I got this from pebbleshost, I'm on a budget so if you have budget host recommendations i would really appreciate it!

that should be fine, maybe upgrade the RAM a little more.
