While Sony has developed minidisc tech for mp3 .
Does anyone know If there is a minidisc recorder for data storage ?
If so can u point me to the web site !

It will probably do as well in the market place as Sony's previous
proprietary disc format, HiFD. Too little, too late. This is a product
whose optimal time was ~ 5 years ago, just like Zip drives and M-O data
drives like the Fujitsu DynaMO series. Worse, Sony deliberately engineers
"gotcha" limitations in transfer of music files in a misguided attempt to
protect their entertainment division.
