Mini PC & TPM

Does anyone know of a (preferably fanless) mini-pc eg a VIA or Atom that supports TPM 1.2? Having trouble finding one!

To be clear we are looking for something like this http://http://fit-pc.co.uk or this http://trimslice.com not small workstations etc - cost is very important here!

Also we need off the shelf CE approved kit not custom-builds or motherboards etc
