the parts you have selected for liquid cooling are not really compatible with each other and are not of the great quality.
i'd also not recommend to use noctua 12x15 fans unless you really have space restrictions.
anyway, you'd be better investing this watercooling budget into better parts. better GPU for example.

For gaming RPG mostly

DDR3 will work but why not get DDR4 as it is much faster and what is your motherboard?
Your CPU and GPU are both very strong as long as you do try and overclock your CPU as it will be slightly lagging behind your GPU

and to OP what the budget? do you have the cpu/ram already?

What motherboard would u recamend ?

i'd suggest a newer cpu over the older i7 if you don't already have it. drop down to a 1070 if needed to get a new cpu. an i5/ryzen 5 is plenty for gaming and will last a lot longer. you'll want to upgrade the gpu before the cpu most of the time and starting with an old cpu puts you in a bind when it's time to upgrade.
