Hey
I have 2 rigs, first one is 5x1060's and second one is 2x1060's and I'm using pcie splitters to connect the gpu's to mobo with risers.
I tried to connect the 2x1060's to my second rig with a confirmed working pcie splitter and it worked, but now I received a new splitter and it doesn't work anymore.
I put the new splitter to my first rig and it works, and i'm using the old splitter (which worked before) with the second rig but i'm getting "missing unit" with hiveos.
The GPU's are working fine without the splitter, but I would like to connect more than 2 GPU to the rig...
System: ASRock Z77 Pro3, 8gb ddr3 memory, Corsair RM850X, i5 3570k
Could this be bad motherboard for mining? I tried to reset BIOS to default settings but that didn't work.. Any ideas?
