Question Mint Linux bootable USB won't start

When I try to start my bootable USB drive it just shows this code.

Please respond if you know how to solve this.

Your usb key probably uses a controller that isn't supported by mint.
Or if it works on another PC then the usb controller of the PC isn't supported, you could try all the usb ports, usb 2 and 3 use different controllers.

That doesn't work either. Do you have any other suggestions?
