it came loaded, yet in old computer i had CD rom disk to help with the
projects in picture it. Now i dont have any. so i cant use anything in
picture it to create a project,so why did they bother loading it on there. so
where can i get the disk to help with any of the projects in picture it if i
want to use them?

Since it came preloaded on the computer, your only source for CDs is the
seller.
You should either be provided a CD or another way to restore the program.
Check your manual and/or contact the seller for details.
