missing Menu and toolbar from my Windows Explorer

Yesterday on my home computer my Windows Explorer has appearing without Menu
and Toolbar. If I open a window from My Computer, is ok, but in Windows
Explorer Menu Bar and Toolbar is missing

The problem is not fixed , and I can't reinstall the sistem.
Any help?

Hi Gabriel,

Reset the toolbar setting from Registry using this fix:
http://www.dougknox.com/xp/utils/xp_toolbarfix.htm

Applies to Internet Explorer and Windows Explorer.
