I have the Netgear A6210 adapter and I've been fiddling with the advanced properties. It seems that I'm missing many settings that others have with their adapters and Im not sure why or how to enable them?

I uninstalled and reinstalled drivers and such for it and it's still the same. I'm fiddling with these settings so much because I have very frequent lag spikes in games that last for 1 or 2 seconds and then go, but they make the game almost unplayable every so often and I read up about changing the properties to fix that, but they aren't there xD
