Missing sound card ????

Hello,

I recently bought a new laptop with windows 7 and everything was fine but today for some reason the sound has gone. I can listen through earphones but thats it. Ive looked through all advise regarding sound issues and ran diagnosics but it just keeps telling me there are no problems.....' YES THERE ARE 111'

Any advice ???

Hi sherabbie, Try updating your sound card driver by visiting the sound card's manufacturer website, or run Windows Updates to see if there is a driver available.
