Missing Windows Installer

Hello, I have the same problem-my Windows installer is missing, recently added a new HP printer & get the message that I am in safe mode & I no longer have my windows installer. How to recover? Phyllis Billmeyer

If you are in safe mode, restart the PC, and get into normal windows.
